Where are you located?

I work out of Noon, a studio I share with a small collective of local tattooers! The address is 44 Stafford St, Unit C in Toronto. If you are driving, there are paid public lots and street parking in the area.

Please enter via the wooden gate - you will see our sign! Our studio is at street level, however there are a couple of steps to our front entrance. We have ramps that can be set up by request for wheelchair accessibility. If you have any accessibility questions or concerns, please contact me!

How should I prepare for the day of my appointment?

Please arrive to your appointment on time. You will be sent a reminder the day prior with the appointment details as well as a link to our digital waiver, which you should fill out in advance. I recommend eating something before your appointment, and you can also bring a beverage/small snacks with you. Wear or bring comfortable clothing that easily exposes the area of the body that will be tattooed. Please arrive alone to your session if possible.

How much will my tattoo cost?

I base my pricing on a few factors: the complexity of a design (how much detail it has), the sizing of it (how many sessions or hours it will require), and the placement (some areas of the body present more challenges than others when tattooing). Other factors that contribute to my pricing are drawing time, cost of supplies and studio fees. My minimum fee for custom work is $250 + HST. My minimum fee for flash designs is typically $180 + HST. I will provide a price estimate for your project via email during the booking process, and am happy to discuss any budgetary restrictions you may have.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash is preferred, but I can also accept payments via e-transfer and credit.

Is tipping required?

Tips are not mandatory, but appreciated! Tattoo artists fall under the same service industry as hair stylists, nail technicians, and other aesthetics services. Anything from 15-30% is common.

How do deposits work?

In order to book an appointment you will need to pay a deposit fee of $100; this reserves your spot in my schedule and your design. Your deposit amount will be subtracted from the total of your appointment upon completion of your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable. There are some instances where you may lose your deposit: if you cancel your appointment, or if require rescheduling and give less than 48 hours notice, or if you require me to reschedule our appointment more than once.

I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment, now what?

I totally understand that sometimes unavoidable conflicts come up! I appreciate getting at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule our appointment; this gives me time to fill the space in my schedule with another tattoo.

If you arrive later than fifteen minutes past our appointment time you may be required to pay a late fee. In some instances lateness may require you to reschedule completely, which would result in the loss of your deposit.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment and give less than 48 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit. I am still happy to reschedule folks who need to move their appointment last minute, you will just be required to put down a new deposit upon rebooking. I will allow one reschedule (if required) per appointment; any further reschedules will require an additional deposit.

What about touch ups? Do I need one?

Sometimes tattoos need a lil bit of extra love and attention after they’ve healed to keep them looking their best! I offer a complementary touch up on all of my tattoos, except for those done on the hands and feet (which can be touched up for a fee). I recommend waiting one month before requesting a touch up to give the tattoo time to fully heal and settle in. It’s important to know that a tattoo will change with your body over time - lines will thicken, colours may change slightly, etc - this is normal! If you would like to request a touch up, or if you’re unsure if you need one, email me with a current photo of your tattoo and your availability.

I’m 16, can I get a tattoo from you?

I only tattoo clients aged 18+, sorry! You may be asked to show photo ID on arrival to your appointment.
